Kombucha is a bright, effervescent beverage created by fermenting sweetened tea. The resulting probiotic beverage is not only delicious but offers a host of potential health benefits, including improved digestion and enhanced gut health. Each batch of Collective Culture kombucha is fermented using a unique blend of tea, sugar, a small amount of a previous batch of kombucha (called a starter), and time, before mixing in locally sourced herbs, botanicals, and fruits. Through fermentation, the amount of sugar in the final product is greatly reduced. Our brand embraces traditional brewing methods while experimenting with innovative flavors to create a final product that is both delicious and nourishing.
