Intentional Collaboration

Untamed Ferments is now Collective Culture

The same ferments you love, now with a new name

In 2021, we began fermenting food and drinks as Untamed Ferments, a brand we built as a way to give ourselves another outlet for our fruits and vegetables. Through fermentation we were able to not only preserve produce at peak quality but entirely transform it into something delicious and functional.

As the effort grew, we realized the idea was bigger than our little farm. This quick growth has allowed us to collaborate with our sustainable farm network of friends and past employees, creating new products with our collective wisdom. Thus, Collective Culture was born. We have the same commitment to preserving local produce and improving the health benefits you get from eating them, but now we’re powered by even more collective action.

The Power of Collaboration

At Collective Culture, we are honoring the tradition of fermentation and using it as an opportunity to uphold our commitment to community, collaboration, and reducing food waste on farms. At the heart of our process is an appreciation for the microbe—a community of living organisms working together, much like us. After all, fermentation isn’t just something we do—it’s something we share.
