Our krauts are crafted right here at our sustainable Apple Ridge farm using our own crops, along with ingredients sourced from other trusted local farms that share our commitment to growing without pesticides or harmful chemicals.

Our kombuchas are brewed with organic teas and organic sugars, creating a flavor that’s truly unique. Designed for those who prefer a more mild kombucha, our brews offer a light, fizzy tea base enriched with probiotics—refreshing, balanced, and easy to enjoy as you drink to your health.
